I must say I enjoyed watching the Red Sox win last night. Baseball is a great game
and when it's played at such a professional level I find it inspiring, especially
when my team wins.
The truth is I am only recently getting into watching sports but what does it mean
that the Red Sox beat the Yankees? Is there some political implication? I don't know.
I heard someone say it means Kerry will win the election. What do you think?
I got a bank receipt the other day and it had the following question written on it:
"Steak sause or ketchup?" ... I interpreted it as "Bush or Kerry?"
Is it really that simple? Are we really just rooting for our home teams or deciding
what to put on our meat? Or are the implications much greater?
