I went to a rally for John Kerry yesterday in New Hampshire. I even waved a little American
flag and it was fun.
From a rock and roll point of view we had U2, The Beatles, Chuck Berry, The Verve, The Boss,
and live Bruce Hornsby. Not bad ...
There was a whole Red Sox connection with the President, the General Manager and one other
guy all supporting Kerry. And Kerry himself made a big connection with the team and him.
There were a lot of people there to support him and it felt like democracy. I saw a woman by the
metal detectors with "Spike Lee's Gotta Have It: A Guide to Guerilla Film Making."
I think he will be the next president of the United States.
